Refund Policy

At Top Tier Candles, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns & Exchanges
For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened candles.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Failure to provide notice within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Refund Eligibility
Approved refunds or replacements are issued solely at the discretion of Top Tier Candles after review of the submitted claim and supporting documentation.
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refund requests
- Refuse suspicious or fraudulent claims
- Limit or reject excessive refund requests
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Top Tier Candles.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order enters production, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Natural Variations
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, fragrance intensity, wax appearance, labeling, and finish may occur and do not qualify as defects.
Limitation of Liability
Top Tier Candles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
